User agreement between the user (you) and My Holidays Rental Limited (we).

You consent to the terms and Conditions when you use the Site, without qualification. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Site in any way or make a rental booking.

My Holidays Rental Limited is acting as disclosed Agent for third party owners. The rental agreement will be between you and the owner. MHR is not a party to the contractual relationship. Any queries or concerns relating to the rental should be addressed directly to the owners. You will see name, address, email, phones, plus contact details on your : e-confirmation sent to you by email once booking is done.

1/ Booking and e-confirmation of your holidays rental.

Once booking is made, you will automatically receive an e-confirmation by email, you will see name, address, email, phones, plus contact details of the owner.

The owners will also received the same e-confirmation with all your details

Please bring the e-confirmation with you upon your arrival for check in process.

2/ Secure booking

We use SSL it's a security protocol that operates between a browser and a Web site. It provides confidentiality and data integrity by means of cryptographic technique. An online-payment with PayPal is done through a secure 128 bit encrypted connection. The browser will display a padlock icon, indicating that a secure connection has been established between browser and Web site.

You can easily book online 24/7.

3/ Customer Behavior

It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not behave in a way which is inappropriate or causes offense or danger to others or which risks damage to rental property. If your behavior is inappropriate and/or causes offense or danger to others or which risks damage to rental property the property owner may cancel your booking, in which case the owner's responsibility to you will cease immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds, payments of compensation and/or any reimbursement of any cost or expenses you may incur as a result of such termination. Further, you will be liable to reimburse the owner for any expenses.

4/ Cancellation

My Holidays Rental Limited act as agent for short term holiday rental online through the Site

By consenting to the Terms and Conditions when you use the Site without qualification, you may not be able to cancel your booking neither be eligible for any refunds claim payments of compensation and/or any reimbursement of any cost or expenses you may incur as a result of such termination.

5/ Security Deposit - Claims with owners

My Holidays Rental Limited neither collects nor hands back the security deposit.

Under no circumstances. My Holidays Rental Limited is not involved in dealing with the security deposit. We don't take any responsibility for the loss of security deposit nor for disputes which may arise from the handing back of the security deposit

We don't take part, neither handle at any moment any claim between you and the holiday rental property owner.
