What is included in my holiday rental ?

All our listed properties are fully furnished, equipped. Your holiday rental include the linen (bed sheets, towels, blankets), utilities: electricity, water, gas, water... All other equipments check the symbols below.

Useful informations: supermarket ? transportation ? car park ? place of interest ?

You will find all the information on the detailed Google Maps included on every holiday rental ads.

How to contact the owner ?

An e-confirmation email will give you all full details to contact easily the owners by email or by phone.

Check in / Check out : what time to arrive ? What time to leave the apartment / house / villa ?

You'll decide arrival / departure time directly with the owner of your holiday rental.

Where and when will I collect the keys ?

Upon your arrival : the owners will give you the keys and a brief introduction.

How to cancel my holiday rental ?

What is the security deposit ?

The deposit is a guarantee for the owner that no damage will be done during your stay. At the end of your stay, you will meet the owner again for check out. After the owner notice that the apartment / house / villa is in order, you'll get refund of your security deposit.

Secure online payment : is it safe to pay over the Internet with you ?

Yes, it is very safe. We use SSL it's a security protocol that operates between a browser and a Web site. It provides confidentiality and data integrity by means of cryptographic technique. An online-payment with Paypal is done through a secure 128 bit encrypted connection. The browser will display a padlock icon, indicating that a secure connection has been established between browser and Web site.

How to pay the rental ?

You will have to pay the rent directly to the owner of the property.
